HVAC Specialist Technician


Our ideal candidate:

• Secondary education, 12th grade, in mechanics, electricity, mechatronics, or equivalent;
• Certification in Fluorinated Gases;
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance;
• Good analytical skills for problem-solving;
• Technical skill and autonomy;
• Good organizational and time management skills.

What is expected in the role:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Air Treatment Units, chiller systems and heat pumps, fan coil units and direct expansion systems, technical management of various hot and cold water circulation systems, technical management and oversight of HVAC equipment.

HVAC Technician Assistant


Our ideal candidate:

  • Minimum mandatory education (preferably 12th grade) in the areas of mechanics, electricity, mechatronics, or equivalent;
  • Technical training in HVAC (preferred) or strong motivation to learn in the field;
  • Certification in Fluorinated Gases (valued, not mandatory);
  • Some experience or prior contact with HVAC system maintenance (valued);
  • Ability to learn, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of technical work;
  • Good organization, punctuality, and team spirit.

What is expected in the role:

Support the HVAC Technician in the execution ofpreventive and corrective maintenance, collaborating in interventions in Air Treatment Units, chillers, heat pumps, fan coil units, and direct expansion systems. Support in the technical management of hot and cold water circulation systems, as well as in the organization, preparation of work, tools, and materials, ensuring compliance with good technical and safety practices.
